area develop a "group" on this Reggio Inspired social network? I've been wondering lately if our Portland area RIN group should create a group on this network in order to enhance and decentralize communication between members. We have 300 or so on our email list and a portion of that list would join a group on this ning nework. I'm curious what members of the network would think. Also, I notice that this network is targeted at educators, but we also have parents in our local Reggio Inspiration Network. Would parent participation pose a problem for some on this ning network?
We've always welcomed parents to be part of this network. I don't have experience with groups within this. I didn't even think of creating a group when I started the ipinee.ning (Inspiring Practice in Early Education) for elementary education. It is also easy to start a ning of your own. 300 is a great number of people to be active. I'm impressed.
