HI Cathie,
I'm eager for updates. Have you started planning for the first six weeks? Made any plans for welcoming families?

Yup, Hotel Grand Canal in Modena, 30 miles east of Reggio Emilia. We spent our first 2 days here before joining the study group. I also join the group of admirers of your photos and Janna's painting. Your natural material pics are so visually pleasing and just invite a gentle touch.

Your pictures are divine! I can really almost feel the soft cotton, cool stones, velvet leaves, and rough seashells. What a beautiful and diverse display....thanks for sharing!

I love the stone flower. I bet the shiny background looked luxurious as the children were working. I can almost smell the sea and gardens in this work.

I just happened to have stayed in a run-down hotel across from LBCC in February while waiting to catch the early Catalina Ferry so my son could scuba dive. My father went there many years ago. The world is small.

Welcome, Cathy
I love your painting. Tell us more about mentoring. Do you work with a college?
