Welcome, Jessica. There are no degrees that I know of the the Reggio Approach. I know there are always college groups on the study tours to Italy. Most people I have met learn through reading, visiting schools, and working with the ideas in mind. I recommend working with an administrator who supports the work. I'm sure other people will add more helpful advice. Have you also asked on the Reggio-L listserv?
